These knives have 7" and 6" carbon steel blades with a clip point and straight back design, suitable for butchering and boning. The ambidextrous knives have a full tang construction and a gray color. Solid wooden handles with brass rivets. Made in the United States, these original knives are in good condition and are a collectible item for knife enthusiasts.
